MH films is a film production company, its subsidiary company Fameplayers is an event management company which is going to organise the Musical concerts Tour With three Maestro performers I.e (1) Mr. Shahnkar Mahadevan Ji, (2) Mr. Hariharan Subramani, and (3) Mr. Anup Jalota.

This will be the one of the exciting opportunity to explore which will give you the opportunity to rise where you will get on ground experience of live show.

Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive for TRIVENI 3MP EventObjective:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to promote the TRIVENI 3MP event, secure sponsors, establish food and media partnerships, and drive ticket sales. The goal is to maximize event visibility, engagement, and revenue through effective online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:1. Event Marketing Strategy Development:

Create a Comprehensive Digital Marketing Plan: Develop a clear digital marketing strategy that outlines goals, target audience, messaging, and platforms for promoting the event. This should cover all stages of the event promotion, from awareness to post-event follow-up.

Define KPIs: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ticket sales, engagement, website traffic, and sponsorship acquisition.

Content Strategy: Develop a content plan that resonates with the audience and highlights the value of the event, focusing on speakers, performances, workshops, and any unique features of the event.

2. Sponsor Acquisition and Engagement:

Targeting Sponsors: Research and identify potential event sponsors relevant to TRIVENI 3MP's audience (e.g., companies in related industries, media companies, lifestyle brands).

Develop Pitch Decks and Proposals: Create sponsorship proposals and digital pitch decks to present to potential sponsors.

Negotiate and Secure Sponsorship Deals: Reach out to potential sponsors, negotiate terms, and manage relationships. Ensure sponsors are effectively integrated into event promotions (e.g., logo placements, digital mentions, exclusive content).

Post-Event Reporting: Provide sponsors with event performance reports and metrics (ticket sales, attendee demographics, social media engagement, etc.) to show value and build long-term relationships.

3. Food and Vendor Partnerships:

Identify Food and Beverage Partners: Research and approach local food and beverage vendors that align with the event's audience and theme.

Collaborate with Vendors: Negotiate food and beverage partnerships and manage their involvement in the event, including branding, promotions, and customer experience.

Promote Partnerships: Feature food partners in marketing campaigns (social media, email newsletters, event website) to create buzz.

4. Media Partnerships and Collaborations:

Identify Media Partners: Reach out to media houses, influencers, and bloggers for media collaborations, sponsorships, and coverage.

Coordinate Coverage: Ensure that media partners promote the event across digital platforms (blogs, podcasts, social media, etc.). Arrange for interviews, features, or press releases.

Content Creation for Media: Work with media partners to create engaging content (articles, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage) that builds anticipation for the event.

5. Event Promotion and Ticket Sales:

Ticketing Platform Management: Ensure the event ticketing system is set up correctly and that the sales process is seamless for customers. This includes integration with email marketing and social media platforms.

Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to drive ticket sales, targeting the event's demographics.

Social Media Marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns to build event awareness, generate buzz, and engage attendees. Create posts, stories, and interactive content to encourage ticket purchases.

Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute email campaigns targeting different segments (e.g., early bird ticket buyers, VIP ticket holders, general attendees) to encourage ticket sales and provide event updates.

Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with local influencers and affiliates to promote the event and sell tickets. Provide them with unique promo codes and tracking links.

6. Audience Engagement & Community Building:

Engage with Audience: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media, building a community around the event.

Event Hype: Create engaging content to build anticipation for the event, such as countdowns, sneak peeks, testimonials from past attendees, or behind-the-scenes content.

Live Streaming and Pre-Event Content: Develop a content strategy to generate excitement before the event, such as livestreams, Q&A sessions with event speakers, teaser videos, and interviews.

7. Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting:

Campaign Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, and email marketing platforms to track the performance of all campaigns.

Data-Driven Decisions: Regularly analyze the results of marketing campaigns and make adjustments to improve performance.

Ticket Sales Monitoring: Track ticket sales in real-time and adjust marketing efforts to meet sales targets.

Sponsor and Media Reporting: Provide regular updates to sponsors and media partners about the campaign's performance, audience engagement, and ticket sales.

8. Post-Event Marketing:

Follow-Up with Attendees: After the event, engage attendees with thank-you emails, surveys, and content highlights from the event (videos, photos, blog posts).

Sponsor and Media Reporting: Provide sponsors and media partners with event performance reports, highlighting key metrics (e.g., ticket sales, reach, audience demographics).

Leverage Event Content: Repurpose content from the event (e.g., interviews, highlight reels) for post-event promotions or to promote future events.
