Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Signify wood, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and targeted marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, designers, and management to promote our brand, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
• Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email, website) to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and secure repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback and market insights to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the interior design or luxury goods industry.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
