Marketing Executive - Modern Trade is responsible for managing and processing order from modern trade retailers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Experience :
• 1-2 years of experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service, ideally in the modern trade or retail sector in FMCG Snacks and Namkeen Division.
• Familiarity with order management systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process orders from modern trade of Snacks and Namkeen customers, ensuring that all orders are accurately recorded and meet the customers' requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date order records in the system and track order status from receipt to delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for modern trade retailers regarding order inquiries, adjustments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnership.
• Address any customer complaints or issues related to order fulfilment, shipping, or delivery, and resolve them promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand promotional campaigns and ensure that orders related to promotions are processed in line with offers.
• Support sales teams with customer-specific order requirements and ensure that all contractual terms are met.
• Assist in managing the execution of trade promotions, ensuring correct product delivery and discount implementation.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Work with logistics and supply chain teams to resolve any delivery delays or issues.
• Communicate with customers about delivery status, providing updates on any changes to expected delivery timelines.
• Ensure that all orders comply with company policies, product pricing, and contractual agreements.
• Verify the accuracy of orders, including quantities, pricing, and product details before processing.
Skills :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with modern trade retailers and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns or order discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
