: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in the horse feed and supplement industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the animal feed sector, with a passion for animal care and products. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, driving product awareness, and expanding our brand presence in the equine market.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive product demand, and achieve sales targets for the equine feed and supplement product range.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities, ensuring that marketing campaigns are targeted and effective.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print, events, and trade shows.
Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the equine feed and supplement market by promoting product benefits and differentiators.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content (blogs, brochures, newsletters, and social media posts) tailored to the target audience.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives and support the launch of new products.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the animal feed or related industries, with a specific focus on equine feed and supplements highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is a plus. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the equine feed and supplement market, with knowledge of animal nutrition and the needs of equine professionals (veterinarians, trainers, breeders, etc.).
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Creative Thinking: Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with an eye for detail and a passion for equine care and welfare. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various audiences. Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments, including sales, R&D, and production teams.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
