What This Role Is All About:

We're looking for a smart and energetic professional who knows how to turn research into results. As a

Lead Generation Executive

, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping us expand our footprint across the GCC insurance space.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

Research and identify high-potential insurance companies in the GCC market. Create targeted outreach plans to connect with key decision-makers. Initiate conversations via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to spark interest. Understand client pain points and introduce relevant company offerings. Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for deeper engagement. Keep track of all activity in our CRM and report on progress. Sync with marketing and sales teams to align strategy and execution. Monitor trends and competitors to continuously fine-tune your approach.

What You'll Need:

1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development. Preferably from insurance, healthcare, SaaS, or tech sectors. Excellent communication skills with a flair for relationship-building. Strong research mindset and digital outreach abilities. Knowledge of CRM systems and outreach platforms is a bonus. Self-starter attitude with a focus on results and consistency.
