Job Title : Marketing Executive

Reports to : Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing
Job Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Campaign Management : Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and integrated).
• Content Creation : Create compelling content for websites, social media, email newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Social Media Marketing : Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and track performance metrics.
• SEO & SEM : Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve website traffic and search engine ranking.
• Brand Management : Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing activities and materials.
• Event Coordination : Assist in organizing events, product launches, and webinars to increase brand visibility.
• Email Marketing : Manage email campaigns and newsletters, analyze performance metrics, and optimize for better engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
• Collaboration : Work with the design, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) in a marketing role, preferably within [industry/sector].
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising, email marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website management.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles or ability to create simple visuals.

Pay: ?32,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
