Marketing Executive
Job Description
Tender/Enquiries
1) Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the requirement for qualification
2) Floating enquiry and collection of offer with vendor negotiation, Analysis & Price comparison, updating costing works.
3) Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements
4) Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.
Order Execution
1) Reviewing the purchase order/contract for the scope, price schedule, incoterms, terms and condition.
2) Floating the purchase order to the relevant manufacturer in the prescribed format.
3) Collection of documents for approval and getting the approved documents.
4) Planning, monitoring and dispatch of the manufactured products.
5) Collection of payment and distribution of payment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
