We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maize starch industry and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote maize starch and bi-products such as Maize Germ, Maize Gluten and Maize Fiber.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve objectives.

Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing within the maize starch industry or similar industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
