Job Title: Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

The Marketing Executive will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects and enhance brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in real estate marketing, who is eager to learn and grow within the industry. The position involves supporting various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, content creation, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaigns:

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects, including digital, print, and social media channels.

2. Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, and marketing brochures.

3. Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

4. Social Media Management: Manage and update social media profiles, including creating posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.

5. Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, property launches, and open houses.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.

7. Brand Management:

Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging and ensuring all marketing materials align with company branding guidelines.

8. Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support integrated marketing strategies and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience: 1 year of marketing experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in real estate marketing are also encouraged to apply.
