- Provide input on product development based on client feedback and market insights.
- Adapt to changes in the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and clients to maintain engagement and address any queries.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales contracts, agreements, and relevant paperwork.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
- Address and resolve customer issue or concern promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and client interactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
