Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Construction Materials Marketing and Sales executive at Buildskart. As a vital link between our platform and potential users, you will play a crucial role in expanding our user base within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will encompass both marketing our products to the target audience and overseeing the smooth delivery of construction materials to project sites. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to reach target customers such as House owners, New Home Builders, Contractors, Engineers, Builders and etc.
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining effective communication with users and suppliers.
- Coordinate accurate and timely material deliveries.
- Conduct periodic site visits to supervise and inspect material deliveries, ensuring they meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Basic construction material knowledge.
- Experience: 0-2 years.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for delivery supervision as required.
