: Marketing Executive - Architecture Firm
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our architecture firm. Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with the firm's business objectives.
• Identify target markets and create strategies to reach potential clients.
• Brand Management:
• Maintain and enhance the firm's brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage the firm's website and social media channels, ensuring engaging and up-to-date content.
• Develop SEO strategies and execute paid advertising campaigns to increase online visibility.
• Client Engagement:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to showcase the firm's portfolio.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.
• Proposal Development:
• Collaborate with architects and designers to prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Ensure all proposals are visually appealing, accurate, and tailored to client requirements.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
