Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive/Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our services effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Radhakrishna Kuries' services and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Malayalam, etc.].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
