2. Event Coordination:
- Confirm guaranteed guest counts and timings for welcome drinks and main courses with clients.
- Verify the need for a bar counter and communicate this with the relevant parties.
- Share function details with IMA House via email and update the WhatsApp group for event setting.
3. Menu Management:
- Distribute the finalized menu to the Purchase Manager, Chef, and Supervisor.
- Update function details and share the revised menu with the Regional Manager and Assistant Manager Operations.
- Confirm all orders after cross-checking with the Regional Manager.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Capture and share briefing pictures (ODC Service Boys) with the CEO and Accountant.
- Update the function details Excel sheet and send it to the CEO.
- Share Kitchen Order Tickets (KTO) with the kitchen daily.
- Maintain a log book at the IMA House office.
5. Communication and Coordination:
- Ensure timely and accurate checking of emails.
- Maintain and update staff details, including new staff lists.
- Inform the Regional Office of uniform requirements.
- Contact guests for details from other outlets as needed.
6. Menu Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the menu list.
