Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns in line with the company's objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Campaign Management:
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to measure performance.
• Content Creation:
• Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and websites.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign processes and improve efficiency.
• Brand Management:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
• Event Management:
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, and promotional activities.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
