Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target areas, customer demographics, and competitive landscape.
• Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each retail location, including promotions, events, and digital marketing strategies.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively integrated into the overall business strategy.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize results.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for retail initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
