• Strategic Planning and Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the school's brand visibility, attract prospective students, and retain current ones. This includes creating annual marketing plans, setting measurable goals, and monitoring performance.
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Management : Manage the school's online presence through various digital marketing channels, including the school's website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Create engaging content, monitor analytics, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
• Community Engagement and Events : Organize and coordinate school events such as open houses, school tours, fairs, and community outreach programs. Foster relationships with parents, alumni, and local organizations to build a supportive school community and promote positive word-of-mouth marketing.
• Admissions Support : Collaborate with the admissions team to create marketing materials, brochures, and presentations that effectively communicate the school's values, programs, and achievements. Assist in designing promotional campaigns to boost enrollment numbers.
• Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify new opportunities, and stay informed about industry trends. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts.
