Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with over a year of experience in the banking domain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients. This role requires readiness for travel and site visits to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Client Visits: Conduct regular site visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Marketing Strategy: Assist in the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content tailored to our target audience, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through consistent and strategic marketing practices.

- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the banking domain, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Skills:

- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.

- Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation and campaign execution.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech trends and the regulatory environment affecting the financial services industry is a plus.

- Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Travel: Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as needed.
