As a Marketing executive, you will have the autonomy to design and implement your own campaigns, manage diverse marketing channels, and contribute to event planning and sales enablement.

This position requires a blend of creativity, organization, and adaptability, offering a chance to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content for nurture campaigns, landing pages, emails, social media, and sales literature.
• Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across various channels.
• Organize and manage both virtual and in-person networking/lead-generation events.
• Oversee the email marketing schedule and campaigns for the company's database.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders, such as Microsoft and trade associations, to plan joint promotional activities.
• Enhance the company's social media presence and grow its reach.
• Utilize internal marketing platforms/CRMs to produce insightful reports on campaign performance.
• Occasionally travel to support the company's team for promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years in a B2B marketing role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools is desirable.
• Experience managing WordPress websites and using Canva for basic design work.
• Demonstrable experience with LinkedIn as a marketing platform.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, with proven success in lead-generation campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills with a clear and engaging style.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Interest in the tech industry and automation is a plus.
• Experience in SEO and digital advertising is a bonus but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
