Planning & execution of marketing and sales promotional activities
Assist the Centre Manager/Director in preparing and implementing centre level marketing activities
Ensure that the marketing plan is adhered to and all scheduled activities are executed efficiently
Create awareness of IANT Courses and subsequent career prospects
Conduct promotional events and activities in the territory e.g. presentations and seminars in colleges and institutes, house visits, workshops, advertising in print media, hoardings, career fairs etc.
Generate a healthy and high enquiry rate from the database created from activities conducted and assist the councellor in converting the same into budgeted enrolments
Coordinate with the councellor to conduct house visits of prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrolments
Handle enrolment and instalment related cash transactions
Track Competition
Execute Market Intelligence activities to understand the competitor's strategies and success thereon
Data Management
Maintain MIS related to marketing activities conducted in an orderly and timely fashion
Number of Walk-ins
Number of workshop events conducted
Cost per Enquiry
Deviations from the marketing plan
Database to enquiry conversion rate

Responsibility for meeting enquiry targets for the centre in an environment of increasing competitive intensity.

Reporting relationships with the Centre Manager and direct reportees
Ongoing communication with the Counselor

Ongoing communication with the schools, colleges and universities to strengthen relations for conducting promotional activities
7. Decision Making:
Assist the Centre Manager in devising the sales and marketing plan for the centre
Responsible for conducting marketing activities for the centre
