Marketing Executive
Job Brief:
• Develop & establish a reliable chain of Bulk Waste generators, Scrap dealers and Waste Collectors, Material Recovery Facilities, and other related Stakeholders.
• Ensure systems and processes for timely collection, analysis and reporting of data.
• Ensure that the project operates to meet and surpass the budgeted Topline and bottom line as well as predefined SOPs, Milestones, Targets, Reporting & Compliances.
:
• Identifying and developing clients and Bulk Waste Generator, Government Material Recovery Facilities for Dry Waste Collection services. This shall include Identifying BGWs, Visiting them to get initial Details, giving brochures and proposals to the potential client with required follow-ups.
• Coordination for Waste-audits and trial pickups to understand the quality of waste before giving a financial proposal.
• Identify potential local Scrap Dealer and collection partners suited for regular collection of waste from the BWG CP. The scrap dealer shall meet basic legal, social and environmental compliances. This can also include surveying scrap markets and building a pipeline of potential BWG CPs.
• Registration and agreement signing of the collection partners with the company as per the policies.
• Scheduling Pickups and ensuring timely collection.
• Ensure entry of Sales, Purchase and other relevant google forms into the MIS system tools.
• Coordinating recovery of amount towards material sold to Bulk Waste Generator Collection Partners.
• Facilitate the social support team for the collection of BWG CP workers data and facility audits in terms of compliance, safety and social support programs targeted for the BWG CPs and their workers.
• Coordinating and reporting to the Project Coordinator on a daily basis on various issues.
Required Skills:
• Self-starters with proven experience in managing Waste, familiarity with informal scrap markets etc.
• Good time management skills including scheduling, vehicle, collection partner and client coordination.
• Good communication, problem-solving and presentation skills with familiarity with emails and other digital communication tools.
• Flexibility in time and movement
• Familiarity with feeding data in google forms, excel sheets and word documents as well as other digital tools
• Graduates with sales work experience preferred.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
