A Direct Marketing Executive in a field job is responsible for promoting products or services directly to clients, often through in-person interactions, events, or demonstrations. Their primary goal is to generate leads, drive sales, and build brand awareness .
• Lead Generation : Identity and qualify leads, collecting contact information and follow-up details.
• Approach the clients, sending the quotations, negotiations - convert the leads in to clients.
• Keep tracking existing and inactive clients and creating new clients to the business.
• Interacting with potential clients, understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Convert leads into business, meetings or exceeding targets
• Event Participation : Represent the company at events and demonstrations
• Data Collections and Reporting : Gather and report data on client
• Ensure your team converts leads, keeps existing customers/clients, and increases sales by recognizing your target audience's pain points, wants, and needs and advertising the most suitable products to them
• Plan Direct Marketing activities to target our leads directly and convert them into paid customers
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all online and offline channels
Skills :
Good communication skills (English, Hindi and Telugu)
Excellent negotiation skills with clients
Good reporting and presenting skills
Experience :
