We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for our educational technology solutions. You will work on developing and executing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and leveraging digital tools to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Identify target audiences and design campaigns to reach and engage them.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
2. Digital Marketing
• Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for digital campaigns, ensuring ROI.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends to implement innovative strategies.
3. Content Creation & Management
• Develop engaging content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visuals and multimedia content.
• Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all channels.
4. Campaign Management
• Plan and execute campaigns to promote courses, webinars, and other offerings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
5. Customer Engagement & Communication
• Foster relationships with students, parents, educators, and institutional partners.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage community platforms and engage with users to build trust and loyalty.
6. Event Coordination
• Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and events for educators and students.
• Promote events through digital and traditional channels.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the EdTech sector.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting marketing data.
• Familiarity with the education and technology landscape is a plus.
