Job Posting Brief: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Delhi University (regular) graduate, fluent in English and Hindi, and passionate about achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and conduct meetings with school principals.

Counsel parents of students to promote our programs.

Take seminars and presentations to engage audiences.

Travel outside Delhi as required for business needs.

Desired Profile:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Prior experience in marketing or a similar role is preferred.

Compensation:

Salary: ?5-6 LPA (per annum), based on experience and performance.
