Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting cross-functional projects, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This role demands excellent communication skills, proficiency in project management tools, and a strong grasp of data handling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Project Management: Use task management tools to track progress, manage deadlines, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking key metrics, and generating reports to support decision-making.
• Communication & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding marketing activities.
• Content & Asset Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining marketing assets, ensuring materials are accessible and up to date.
• Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks to support the Marketing Coordinator and ensure smooth operations within the marketing department.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: We are hiring Fresher's to 1 year of experience for this role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ORM tools; experience with data analysis and report generation.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
