Location: Delhi/Amritsar (Preferred candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Executive to help expand our market presence and build strong client relationships within the rice industry. The ideal candidate will have solid marketing experience, particularly in B2B settings within the agro-commodity sector, with a professional and personable approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Marketing:

• Effectively market the company's products and services with a clear understanding of our offerings.
• Conduct in-depth market surveys to understand client needs and competitive positioning.

Presentation and Communication:

• Deliver professional presentations to clients with confidence and clarity
• Communicate in a pleasant and convincing manner, with fluency in both Hindi and English

Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain new business relationships, displaying an outgoing and approachable personality.
• Be open to traveling extensively for client meetings, market research, and industry events.

Industry knowledge

• Apply knowledge of the rice industry to create effective marketing strategies (preferred 1-2 years of experience in this sector)

Reporting and Coordination

• Provide regular updates on market findings, campaign effectiveness, and client interactions
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives

Administrative and Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), able to maintain detailed records and reports
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and other tools for client communication and coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 1 year in the agro-commodity sector (required)
• Strong command of Hindi and English, both written and spoken
• High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability, with a proactive learning attitude
• Willingness to travel 100% as required by the role
