Reports to: Marketing Manager / Marketing Head
Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will take on a leadership role in executing
marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and
revenue growth for our restaurants. You will play a key role in developing and
implementing marketing campaigns, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-
functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns
across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and
traditional media.
• Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets, and ensure timely
delivery of campaign assets and materials.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analyze data insights,
and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
2. Content Strategy and Creation:
• Develop and execute content strategies to engage target audiences and
drive brand affinity and loyalty.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, compelling content for various
marketing channels, including social media, blogs, email newsletters, and
website.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop multimedia content, such as
videos, graphics, and animations, that align with brand messaging and
campaign objectives.
3. Social Media and Digital Marketing:
• Manage social media accounts and platforms, including content planning,
scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive website
traffic, increase online visibility, and generate leads or conversions.
• Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging
digital marketing tools and technologies.
4. Project Management:
• Lead marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence
to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to execute
projects effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify
areas for improvement and best practices.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
studies to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences to
develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare market reports, SWOT analyses, and recommendations for senior
management and stakeholders.
6. Event Management and Activation:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, promotions, and
activations to engage customers and drive foot traffic to our restaurants.
• Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, budget allocation, and on-
site coordination to ensure successful event execution.
• Evaluate event effectiveness and ROI, and provide recommendations for
future event planning and activation strategies.
7. Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors,
influencers, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and
collaborations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, sales, and
finance teams, to ensure alignment and support for marketing objectives.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
