We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales - Business Development professional to join our team. As a Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our reach by identifying and developing partnerships with various stakeholders, including tuition centers, schools, career counselors, colleges, and students. You will play a critical role in promoting our educational services, increasing brand awareness, and driving student enrollment. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop partnerships with tuition centers, schools, career counselors, colleges, and other key stakeholders to expand our reach and promote our services.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges in the education and training industry.
Conduct on-field marketing activities, events, and canopy campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales - Business Development, preferably in the education or training industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Experience in tie-ups and collaborations with schools, tuition centers, colleges, and other educational stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in the field and conduct on-field marketing activities.
