We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with experience in government projects and tender-based operations. The ideal candidate will excel in lead generation, possess exceptional communication skills, and have expertise in bidding processes, particularly on platforms like the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Develop strategies to identify and target potential government projects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Engagement:
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government departments.
• Communicate effectively to understand project requirements and present suitable solutions.
Travel and Outreach:
• Conduct state-level visits to meet government officials, attend meetings, and pursue project opportunities.
• Represent the company at government events and exhibitions.
Communication and Reporting:
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of tender submissions, client interactions, and project updates.
Market Research:
• Monitor trends and opportunities in government procurement and public tenders.
• Stay updated on the latest regulations and practices for government bidding.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in tender-based marketing and government project management.
• Hands-on experience with the GeM portal and other bidding platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across states.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
