Job Title: Marketing Executive & Sales Coordinator Responsibilities: 1. Promotion & Visibility of NITSHAW: - Handle branding strategies to enhance brand recognition. - Manage communication channels to maintain a strong brand presence. - Organize and oversee events to increase visibility. 2. Lead Generation: - Execute marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. - Conduct content research for social media platforms and advertisements. - Run magazine, online advertisements, email marketing, and newsletters. - Ensure social media engagement to attract potential leads. 3. Sales Coordination: - Coordinate sales and commercial business activities effectively. - Follow up with team members, customers, and principals for assigned tasks. - Maintain CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions. - Organize files and records with efficient filing systems. 4. Public Relations & Promotion: - Manage public relations activities to enhance company image. - Conduct promotional activities to attract potential customers. 5. Reporting & Documentation: - Update CRM with relevant information and generate reports as required. - Maintain accurate records of all marketing and sales activities. Requirements: - Education: Graduate/postgraduate degree in relevant field. - Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills. - Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. - Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite. - Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this role.
