Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic candidate to join the marketing team of a company dealing with chemical technology. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our company services & offerings, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our technologies across various online channels, including social media (LinkedIn), search engines, email, and display advertising. Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including creative/posters, articles, videos, and LinkedIn posts. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Manage Business LinkedIn account, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and messaging. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, chemical industry trends, and regulatory requirements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Prepare reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and outcomes. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree BSc & MBA in Marketing (preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and email marketing software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
