Marketing Executive
Job Description
Post of marketing executive at Vrindavan ayurveda chikitsalayam -for field marketing and referral marketing .
generating referral from allopath / RMP and ayurveda doctors.
referrals from corporate .
referrals from government employed doctors
coordinating in realizing insurance payments if required.
CGHS patients & Haryana government patients referrals( incentive pattern for this categry will be different then normal) .
senior citizen clubs visit to hospital in groups
doctors referrals slabs will be followed as provided by Hospital
system of referrals will be discussed so that there is no fixed instructions to the treating doctor
fixed salary - 50,000 Rs
TA/DA extra @ motor Bike
minimum monthly target of 15 IPD patients referrals to be achieved -
Extra incentives( apart from 15 patients) - @ 1 % of billing amount for patients referrals upto 14 patients , 1.25 % for between 15 patients to 19 patients ,2 % for 20 patients and above .
only admitted patient will be considered for Incentives .
