Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Develop promotional materials and content for campaigns, including brochures, social media posts, emails, and advertisements.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation and audience engagement.
• Optimize the company website and coordinate SEO/SEM efforts to improve online visibility.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
• Ensure marketing materials align with the brand's voice and visual identity.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1-3 years in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
