On-Ground Activities: Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities such as mall activities, roadshows, canopy promotions, and society activities to promote real estate projects.
Direct Marketing: Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional items to target audiences in strategic locations.
Event Management: Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and property fairs to showcase our real estate offerings and attract potential buyers.
Lead Generation: Engage with potential clients during BTL activities to generate leads and capture their contact information for follow-up.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for the setup and smooth execution of promotional activities and events.
Brand Visibility: Ensure high visibility of the brand through effective placement of promotional materials and activities in key locations.
Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers, provide information about the projects, and answer queries to build interest and trust.
Data Collection: Collect and report data from BTL activities, including customer feedback and insights, to refine marketing strategies.
Field Surveys: Conduct field surveys to gather market insights and understand customer preferences and behavior.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community centers, and other stakeholders to facilitate marketing activities.
Compliance: Ensure all BTL activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in BTL marketing, field sales, or a similar role in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle physical tasks related to event setup and execution.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate marketing.
