Key Result Areas:Essential Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with management and brand direction while reflecting local priorities
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
  • Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required
  • Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets
  • Executing the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
  • Planning and Executing BTL Activities which gives the best cost per sales as well as ROI
  • Planning and Executing annual visibility in shop as well for Point of Sale Materials
  • Act as a bridge between sales and marketing teams for driving business priorities
Personal Profile:Age: 28-35 yearsMinimum Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma in Marketing CommunicationDesired Qualification: Additional Certification in Content Creation SoftwaresDesired Experience: 2- 8 YearsDesired Industry Exposure: FMCG/Beverage/QSRDesired Geographical Exposure: Extensively worked in East IndiaLanguage: English/Hindi/Bangla/Local LanguagesTwo wheeler with Driving license MandatoryCompetencies: Level 1 ( Basic)
