Job Description

The Marketing Executive with experience in a manufacturing plant is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services. This role requires a strong background in marketing within a manufacturing environment and the ability to translate technical product details into compelling marketing messages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer needs, and competition.
• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and R&D teams.
• Product Promotion:
• Create promotional materials and manage online/offline marketing activities.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Support the sales team with lead nurturing.
• Digital Marketing:
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
• Trade Shows & Events:
• Plan and execute participation in trade shows and events.
• Reporting & Analytics:
• Track and report on marketing performance and provide insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 5 years in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
