As a Marketing Executive at Ascent Infotech, you will play a key role in driving the organization's growth and reaching out to prospective students. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our educational programs and attract new students. This role requires a creative and results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing, to increase brand awareness and attract prospective students.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and videos, to showcase the benefits of our educational programs and attract potential students.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various marketing channels and nurture them through the enrollment process. Utilize CRM tools to track leads and monitor conversion rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including admissions, academic, and student services, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and organizational objectives.
• Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as workshops, seminars, and webinars, to engage with prospective students and promote our educational programs.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
