Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team at Koshys Hospital - NABH Accredited. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our world-class healthcare services and building strong relationships with our target audience. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing and digital advertising
• Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems
• Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Koshys Hospital\'s healthcare services
• Conduct market research to identify potential target audience and analyze competitors
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing
• Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging content for marketing materials
• Manage and update the hospital\'s website and social media channels
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as referring physicians and healthcare organizations
• Organize and participate in healthcare events, conferences, and seminars
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new marketing opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion
