Profile Introduction:

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our products and brand. This position requires a blend of creativity, market research, data analysis, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the travel and retail industry and will support the Marketing Manager in all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Campaign Development : Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and product sales.
• Market Research : Conduct research on market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Digital Marketing : Manage digital channels including social media, email campaigns, and website content to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
• Content Creation : Write and edit marketing materials, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Event Coordination : Support in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and influencer partnerships to increase brand presence.
• Branding and Positioning : Help develop strategies to effectively position the brand in the market, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales data to optimize strategies and report insights to senior management.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Min 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or consumer goods. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
