Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Franchise Store Manager to lead our Tanishq Jewellers store. This role involves overseeing all store operations, driving sales, and executing both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and a knack for building relationships with customers and the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Execute ATL marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Plan and coordinate BTL activities such as local events, promotions, and partnerships.
• Customer Engagement:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Build relationships with customers and gather feedback to improve services.
• Train staff on customer engagement techniques and product knowledge.
• Community Involvement:
• Actively participate in local community events to promote the Tanishq brand.
• Establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations to drive traffic to the store.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Monitor and analyse sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports for management on store performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
