Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing and
executing marketing activities that align with our overall business strategy. The ideal candidate
will have strong digital marketing skills, including experience with content creation, social media
management, SEO and data analysis. You will collaborate with various teams to develop
campaigns that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and contribute to client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? SEO Optimization: Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility
and drive website traffic. Conduct keyword research and monitor performance metrics.
? Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage engaging content for various
platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters. Align content with
the company's thought leadership and service offerings.
? Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute social media campaigns, ensuring that they
reflect company milestones, project case studies, employee highlights, and insights into
industry trends.
? Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with senior leadership and sales teams to
promote key initiatives such as service-related posts, incubation insights, project case
studies, and client success stories.
? Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports and recommendations to
improve engagement and conversions.
? Client & Case Study Highlights: Collaborate with the sales and client-facing teams to
develop SEO-optimized content around project case studies, client testimonials, and
other key wins that amplify the company's expertise.
? Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and
competitors, providing insights that help inform content creation and overall marketing
strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
? Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven success in driving
brand awareness and customer engagement.
? Experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms (LinkedIn,
Facebook Meta etc.).
? Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, social media management
platforms, and SEO software.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling
content for different platforms.
? Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with leadership, and contribute to strategic
marketing initiatives.
? Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
