1. Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement community marketing strategies to promote women's health initiatives.
- Identify and engage local women's groups and organizations to spread awareness about hospital services.
2. Digital Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Utilize social media and online platforms to enhance outreach and engage with target audiences.
3. Institutional Partnerships:
- Arrange and manage institutional tie-ups with relevant organizations to expand outreach.
- Promote joint initiatives and health programs through collaborative marketing efforts.
4. Outreach and Advocacy:
- Identify and target communities for health education and awareness campaigns focused on women's health.
5. Promotion of Services:
- Address and engage with the ESI-covered segment of the population to inform them about hospital offerings.
- Organize events and workshops to promote health services and encourage community participation.
6. Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.
- Provide regular reports on community engagement, outreach success, and areas for improvement.
7. Networking and Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain relationships with community leaders, healthcare professionals, and local organizations.
- Actively participate in community events to promote hospital initiatives and services.
8. Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather feedback from community members and stakeholders to continuously improve marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about trends in women's health to effectively tailor messaging and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers are also eligible
