Role: Marketing ExecutiveCompany: Moustache EscapesLocation: JaipurJob Summary:The Offline Marketing Executive will assist in the implementation of offline marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on vendor management, event coordination, and creating engaging marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Planning: * Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies to promote our hotel brand.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, including local events and promotional activities.
Brand Consistency and Material Creation: * Drive brand consistency across all offline marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Create engaging collateral materials for in-room placement, including welcome notes, room service menus, and local attractions guides.
  • Highlight hotel amenities, special offers, and safety information through visually appealing brochures.
  • Help with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
Event and Vendor Management: * Provide logistical support for events, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance.
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating with vendors for event setups, promotional materials, and other marketing needs.
  • Support the negotiation process with vendors to ensure cost-effective services.
  • Manage vendor communication, track deliveries, and ensure timely execution of contracts.
Collaboration and Community Engagement: * Collaborate with other brands within the industry to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Support initiatives aimed at building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community and customer base.
  • Help organize customer feedback sessions and gather insights for continuous improvement.
Research and Analysis: * Conduct basic market research to gather insights on customer preferences and local trends.
  • Assist in collecting feedback from marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
Budget and Reporting: * Assist in tracking the offline marketing budget, ensuring expenditures stay within limits.
  • Help compile reports on campaign costs and outcomes.
Customer Feedback and Engagement: * Encourage guest feedback and engagement through feedback cards and social media promotion.**Requirements:**- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Administrations or a related field.- 6 months to 1 year of experience in offline marketing, particularly in vendor management and event coordination (Preferred)- Strong creative and communication skills.- Proficiency in graphic design software is a plus.- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth through marketing initiatives.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.- Basic understanding of offline marketing channels and strategies.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**Working Conditions:**- Occasional travel may be required for event coordination and vendor meetings.- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
