Artic Consulting is a management and technology consulting firm that helps clients achieve their business goals through digital transformation. We are looking for a talented and creative marketing designer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad, India. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, developing collateral and presentation materials, managing our social media presence, and upholding our brand standards. You will work closely with our business development team and our USA clients to deliver high-quality and engaging content that showcases our expertise and value proposition. You will also have the opportunity to leverage Microsoft Partner Center GTM assets and M365 product suite to create innovative and effective marketing solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement visual appealing marketing campaigns focused on target audience of USA $100+ Million in Annual revenue; Industries: Financial Services, Technology, Insurance selling B to B Consulting Services. Exceed engagement and conversion targets.Create innovative marketing and sales material, brochures, presentations, case studies, email blasts, and newsletters using Adobe products (or similar) and Microsoft Partner Center GTM assets.Manage social media accounts, create and share original content, and engage with followers on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.Update and manage company website look and feel and create UI/UX elements using WordPress and Adobe products (or similar).Develop collateral and presentation decks for presale and customer engagement and retention using PowerPoint and M365 product suite.Uphold Artic's style and branding standards and create brand guidelines for logos, signatures, headers, etc.Ensure that all marketing and communication materials are consistent with Artic's brand and style and have the necessary approvals and consent from the relevant stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the management and technology consulting space and propose innovative ideas for marketing and communication.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing, and communicate design concepts clearly and concisely.Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines and deliverables.RequirementsBachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communication, or related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing design, preferably in the B2B consulting services industry.Expertise in the M365 product suite, especially PowerPoint, and at least 1 year of experience in D365 Marketing or similar marketing campaign management tool.Experience in WordPress, Adobe products (or similar), and UI/UX design.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Impeccable attention to detail and quality standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and feedback.Ability to work in a start-up environment and have a roll up your sleeves attitudeBenefitsJoin Artic and you will benefit from outstanding professional support and investment in your development.
