:DNV\'s Maritime Communications and Marketing team reinforces DNV\'s thought leadership and accelerates revenue generation within a maritime industry that shift towards a digital, efficient, and eco-friendly future. Comprising over 20 international professionals, our team handles strategy, leadership and marketing communication, branding, digital communications, media relations, PR, social media, and employee communications.The Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement team leads DNV Maritime\'s digital marketing initiatives, focusing on generating valuable digital leads and revenue through a digital commerce approach. We collaborate with our global sales and business development organization to optimize the end-to-end lead and digital commerce process.We are seeking an ambitious, digitally-savvy Global Marketing Data and Insights Manager located in Pune, India, and reporting to the Head of Marketing Technology and Insights.The global digital marketing and sales enablement team is spread across four locations - Oslo, Hamburg, Singapore and Pune. As part of the professionalization and scaling efforts we are looking to build a team as part of the existing global digital marketing and sales enablement team driving our operational proficiency, develop our technology landscape and drive our data-driven marketing ambitions.Main responsibilities:

  • Managing and configuration of data sets ensuring the smooth execution of the data integration with Power BI Dashboard
  • Acts as a champion for a consistent data strategy across multiple technologies, building a robust data lake as the basis for holistic reporting and analytics
  • Build Power BI reporting dashboard, share data-backed reports leverage data to develop actionable insights for the global marketing and communications teams
  • Work as an individual contributor in the design, construction and implementation of appropriate analytical processes
  • Analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources such as CRM, Web analytics, social media platforms and marketing automation to generate campaign insights
  • Track KPIs and build performance metrics to evaluate the campaign effectiveness by developing and implementing a clear data harvesting, aggregation and analytics strategy
  • Collaboration across the teams and hierarchies to enable the diverse insights and reporting needs with standard reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain marketing analytics dashboard for building the DNV business segments data model in different platforms like Azure data factory, Tableau, Power BI

  • 5-7 years of experience in SQL, Azure, ETL, Data Lake, Date Warehouses
  • Experience in data ingestion, data modeling and data stitching
  • Hands-on experience with data quality, storage, management & governance
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (GA4, Salesforce, Big Data, SQL, Excel, Python, R)
  • Expert in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Familiar with marketing channels, sales funnel, and campaign strategies
  • Bachelor\'s or Graduate\'s Degree in business, computer science or engineering
