We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing & CRM Specialist to develop and execute effective marketing strategies while managing our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both marketing and CRM, with a passion for driving customer engagement and loyalty.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & CRM Strategy:
A) Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
B) Oversee the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
C) Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
D) Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer engagement.
E) Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.
2. Campaign & Production Management:
A) Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.
B) Oversee production processes, including selecting, ordering, and purchasing materials.
C) Ensure the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.
D) Approve regular maintenance work and uphold company policies and standards.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
A) Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives.
B) Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
4. Administrative Tasks:
A) Handle petty cash, purchase, maintaining ledger, annexure, E-way Bills, invoices, and quotations.
B) Maintain and update the sales record and product library.
C) Follow up on payments from clients and ensure proper lead management.
D) Coordinate with the public relations team and assist with product photoshoots.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
A) Liaise with different departments, teams, and companies, including suppliers, managers, and clients.
B) Ensure customer orders are completed on time and within budget, meeting quality standards and targets.
• Job Requirements:
1. Excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
2. Basic computer skills and proficiency with software like MS Office.
3. Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
