Responsibilities Devise innovative brand marketing initiatives and ensure their effective execution. Conduct extensive research to understand our consumers, define their personas and recognize their behaviour and buying patterns. Manage and develop scalable strategies to promote the brand on different online and offline platforms. Handle and manage the company s CRM database Collaborate and coordinate with brands and institutions to establish partnerships, promote the brand and drive business. Coordinate with the sales and business development to ensure consistent branding and create sales Branding and Corporate Communications Lead the marketing team Oversee and analyze the performance and execution of marketing campaigns Develop partnerships Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a marketing strategy and plan Work closely with the Marketing, Content, PR and Business Development teams to manage creative initiatives and meet monthly targets. Qualifications Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field of study 4+ years of marketing experience Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior proven work experience with a start-up will be an added advantage Candidates from industries like EdTech, fintech, creative learning, art & craft & travel will be a plus Immediate joiners preferred
