We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator with 1+ years of experience to help expand our company's reach through various marketing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client outreach via calls and emails, supporting social media marketing efforts, coordinating meetings, and tracking marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining databases and ensuring effective communication with potential clients, while also providing administrative and planning support to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Outreach:
• Conduct client outreach through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and generate leads.
• Follow up with prospective clients to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Increase Company Reach:
• Identify and develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the market.
• Research and pursue new opportunities to reach potential clients and partners.
• Coordinate marketing meetings and follow up on action items.
• Social Media Management:
• Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
• Create, schedule, and post content while monitoring engagement and making recommendations for improvements.
• Track social media metrics and optimize content based on performance.
• Marketing Support and Initiatives:
• Support the development of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and digital content.
• Database and CRM Management:
• Create and maintain marketing databases, ensuring accurate data collection and entry.
• Manage the company's CRM system, tracking client interactions, updates, and new leads.
• Tracking and Reporting:
• Track and record marketing activities, ensuring all actions are documented and added to relevant systems or portals.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and client outreach efforts to assess the success of initiatives.
• Coordination and Meetings:
• Organize and schedule internal and external marketing meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on key actions to ensure project timelines are met.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Experience in social media management and basic understanding of digital marketing trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is must.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Occasional travel may be required for client meetings or marketing events.
