Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends to improve marketing performance.

Oversee and manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Create and maintain Huge reports using MS Excel and find potential customers and create sales data.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics and KPIs.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are cost-effective.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

Coordinate and organize promotional events, product launches, and campaigns.

Lead the marketing team, mentor junior staff, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

1 year of proven experience in marketing,

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, social media strategies, and marketing analytics.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.

Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset to optimize marketing performance.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
