Key Responsibilities:
? Client Communications: Assist in managing communications with existing clients and engage with prospective leads to build relationships and generate interest. ? Market Research: Support in conducting market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competition trends. Use insights to assist in building business proposals and strategies. ? Sales Support: Assist in creating and running product demonstrations, both virtually and on-site, showcasing the Neo-X incinerator to potential clients. ? Business Development: Work alongside the sales team to support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that align with company goals. ? Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential business leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events. ? CRM Management: Help maintain and update client databases, track communications, and ensure follow-ups. ? Event Support: Help in organising and managing marketing events, exhibitions, and workshops. ? Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports, analysing performance metrics, and suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. ? 0-2 years of experience in marketing and sales. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Basic understanding of market research techniques and sales principles. ? Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. ? Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. ? A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment.
